Basic Bread Making

I don't consider myself an expert by any means, but I enjoy the rhythm of baking fresh bread - even the most basic of recipies beats what you buy in the supermarket in my view. There's something about the process that helps you slow down and be appreciate life today.
I'd happily pass on what I do to anyone who's interested.
